Refund and Return Policy

Conditions for Return

To return a product, the following conditions must be met:

  2. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.

  3. Contact us at info@kmblock.com to request a return authorization and receive a return number. This number is required to process your return.

Return Process

To initiate your return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide the following information in your email:

    • Return number

    • Your full name

    • Address

    • Phone number

    • Email address

    • The original order confirmation

    • Reason for returning the product

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Terms
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price.

  • Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your location, shipping costs may amount to up to €20.

Refunds will only be processed after we receive and verify the returned item. If you do not provide a valid tracking number for your return, any lost package will be the sender’s responsibility.
